Eligibility for a Credit Refund

You may request a credit refund under the Genuine Customer Guarantee if a customer does not:

  • Undertake a job interaction (as defined below).
  • Respond to your quote.

Definition of a Job Interaction

A job interaction is considered to have taken place if any of the following actions occur:

  • The customer responds to a quote via the inbox.
  • The customer hires another Courant business for the job.
  • The customer declines your quote.
  • The customer decides to complete the job elsewhere.
  • The customer contacts another Courant business.
  • The customer has been in contact with our Support Team.
  • You confirm the job as won or the customer marks you as hired.
